Mujer valenciana
en tus negros ojos
plantaré mi boca
fugitiva, pecho,
celestes misterios,
vivaz primavera,
flores de romero,
estrellas y música.
¡Qué fácil sonata
me arrancas, dulzura
mïa, anochecida
tan sumisa y extraña!
Luna salinera,
guardaré tesoros
del labio sonoro
donde el alma sueña
grandes alegrías,
puras bandolinas,
fuentes y bengalas.
