Jürgen Wagner

The World

It wasn't thought up by any mind
No creator left a trace behind
It turns its circles, just like we do
The world is on a journey, forever new

It will never be finished by anyone
It will never be turned nor overrun
It does not know, but it stirs and strives
The world is a place to enjoy and survive

The rose in bloom, the beetle crawls
The bird's sweet song, a baby's brawls
The rose withers as people pass away
It's never too late for kindness, each day
