Tammy Church

An Ode To Abusers and Parental Allienators

Proud and haughty is his name,
to take to use it's all the same.
To take a knife and make you stab
the only mom you ever had,
To leave her dying in the dust
all so you won't break his trust,
to break his trust is sad you see,
to see he didn't love even thee,
No thoughts allowed or even reason,
Oh the pain throughout the seasons,,
To learn his unemphathetic ways,
to later fight to your dismay,
Loss of self and sanity,
for no conscience to humanity,
A cult like way you have had,
your not my God you are my dad,
To love me always you have not,
to disobey is to let me rot,
But as we grow and get much older,
we are our own and not your soldiers,
To do our thinking you will not,
were free to be what you were not.
