Ray Boorman

THE WRONG TURN

As we meander down life’s tenuous highway

there maybe a time that we stray,

perhaps we may stop, glance over our shoulder,

but still amble along the same way.

As we saunter along in our chosen direction

perhaps we stroll for too long,

we may travel too far, or take the wrong turn,

then can’t turn back if we’re wrong.

We all take a wrong turn at some point in our lives,
the hard bit is to get back on the right track.
