THE GREATEST GIFT

Three wise men pondered, after having a rift,

trying to decide on life’s greatest gift,

the first man exclaimed, “great knowledge is key

so let it be taught, over ocean and sea”.

The second man spoke, “If a man has much wealth

it will make him happy and stronger in health”.

The third man listened, then after a while,

uttered these words through a very broad smile.

“I have just had a son with my beautiful wife,

what gift could be greater, than the gift of life?”.

If people truly believe that life is so special.

Why do they treat it with such indifference and contempt?
