LIVING NOW

… beautiful, beautiful is the time
when truth comes to me
and I can touch it,

because my being is transformed and left so naked
that, for a few seconds,
the world accompanies it
with a small tremor of surprise;

… no longings remain
nor any lingering feelings:

the purest light above the suburbs,
the idea that embraces me,
the joy I pour out…

… night and day no longer matter.
