OF THE IMPOSSIBLE SPLENDOR

... where life, light and power, are hymn and flourish,
will the antiphon of the soul, its vibration, its voice have an end...?
[because previously it will enter its caverns and heal, it will subdue the thirst of desire,
and slowly, opening itself to the sky and in strict silence,
it will concentrate, it will deploy its forces and it will observe]
... and it is then when, from the center of the chest and of the world,
the powers that emanate ignite and burn,
when the letters sparkle and the syllables shine, the accents scream and the words shine,
and, in its bundle of splendors, the vowels are peaks of gold;
...and it is, it is also when in sidereal quantum conclaves or cosmic paroxysms,
mind and heart building vivid pools,
sidereal fountains pouring and interweaving verses of indescribable and unusual beauty,
purest and incomprehensible pearls,
fluid rubies and diamonds as in substances or soul fires,
suddenly transforming into shining brilliance and cosmic languages,
poetic waves and particles that arrive and flee consciously towards another environment,
another century and another immortal gift;
energy, then, emerging and expressing itself in unimaginable living flames
with dazzling folds, ontic lights with completely improbable dictions,
divine, supreme and unattainable peaks;
... oh, oh, therefore, this humble work or poetic being of mine, like dark magma or dense river of stones,
this meager feeling, hearing and seeing without the option of inhaling a tremor of the sublime texts,
this song without more abolished from the roar or bustle that is my mouth;
oh, oh, that joy of ineffable lexicons and uncreated virtue, oh,
and not this iron that cleaves and digs into my rough embers on a lapse of snow;
and oh, finally, this living utopia when verse is the art with which we will have to polish, still,
this stay of ours, nostalgic and carnal,
- clinging, yes, to a Vril of immeasurable hope –
in front of a huge and inexpressible lexicon of such subtle piety and such slow and unyielding wait.
