Best friends do not make love

You and I were wandring

Searching for a way together

Too young for love forever.

Looking into each other eyes.

To see happiness and understanding

And sometime a goodwill advice.

We put more than a million parts together

When we met nearly every day.

We were sure whenever

We did it in the right way.

Best friends do not make love.

This part you can’t get in.

There’s nothing higher above.

You only can lose a friend, not love win.

Once we talk until midnight.

“It’s too late to bring you home”

you said to me.

Your bed was big enough for two.

While we lay side by side

We set our minds free.

The first time I didn’t know

What you wanna do

When your body came closer to me.

Best friends do not make love.

This part you can’t get in.

There’s nothing higher above.

You only can lose a friend, not love win.

I could feel your breath.

We didn’t speak any word.

Your fingers caressed my face.

I sensed a sweet hurt.

You bended to my head

And viewed of my lips.

I felt my body sweat.

It was dark around us.

I wished you would give me a kiss.

But you stayed motionless.

Best friends do not make love.

This part you can’t get in.

There’s nothing higher above.

You only can lose a friend, not love win.

You embraced my body.

I felt the warmth of your skin.

In this moment I was so lucky.

I thought I could your manhood win.

We couldn’t listen to reason any more.

The longing covered up the last frontier.

We forgot our friendship before.

And couldn’t get out from here.

Best friends do not make love.

This part you can’t get in.

There’s nothing higher above.

You only can lose a friend, not love win.

After a time you slow down.

And leaned your back on the wall.

I thought I would be drawn.

When you said

“I’m afraid. I’m afraid!”

Your voice was like a distant call.

“Why?” I asked you.

It was like a strange dream.

But this moment was true.

I saw us like through thick steam.

Best friends do not make love.

This part you can’t get in.

There’s nothing higher above.

You only can lose a friend, not love win.

We moved off each other.

I was too tired to cry

But I couldn’t sleep

And my love for you did me bother.

Every minute I ask me why.

It was a too large leap.

I stood up and washed my face.

I set me down on the floor

To search for a solution in this case.

There had nothing left I could hope for.

Best friends do not make love.

This part you can’t get in.

There’s nothing higher above.

You only can lose a friend, not love win.

I looked out of the window

Saw the first people went to work.

I would like to turn back time

Back to the day

My feelings were low

I wished to run away

From this hurt.

I felt out of line.

If I had a chance again now

I would love you at first sight.

Best friends do not make love.

This part you can’t get in.

There’s nothing higher above.

You only can lose a friend, not love win.
