DECEPTION

Destruction within your black soul,
Your rotten inner core
That wriggles with worms of evil.
Veils of deceit cover your true features,
Hiding the lies in your glance.
Words of truth
Have never passed your smiling lips.
Love and Compassion
Are strangers to you.
I pity the innocent
Who tumble into your clutches,
For they will suffer
At your whims.
But praised be the shrewd
Who challenge you to battle.
They cast aside your handsome mask.
And cannot be imprisoned
In the dungeon of your pretence.
