Il y eut un silence délicieux

Un soleil léger et l´air frais des cieux

J´avancais lentement sur les chemins

caressant, frolant les fleurs de ma main.

O délices d´un instant ! ...

Quel est ce chant dans le matin

C´est comme un doux refrain

Le vent... et l´oiseau s´éveillent

Et mon coeur au sien est pareil
