Norman Möschter

when sometimes

sometimes days and days go by
and claim the emptyness.
sometimes rivers end up dry,
I don't know what it is,
the meaning of the meaningless.

when summers cry and winters die
and leave the world behind.
when eagles stop to fly up high,
I know one of that kind,
refugee who will never find.

sometimes darkness rules ahead,
prevents my sight to clear.
sometimes there's a light instead,
I know it does appear,
it will just increase my fear.

when the meaning can't be found
and won't be found at all.
when the fear is all around,
I don't know who to call
to pick me up, absorb my fall.
